Online counselling

Online counselling uses an instant messenger to have a conversation in text.

If you haven't used an instant messenger before it is a small program which runs on your computer. You type in your message and press 'Send' and in instantly pops up on the computer you sent it to provided their computer is on and running the same program.

The instant messengers I use are free and can be downloaded from the internet (see the Useful Links page).

Over-the-phone counselling

This is similar to face-to-face however is conducted over the phone.

We would arrange a set time for me to phone you and has advantages as it is not location specific.

The sessions would usually be 50 minutes each, however, this can be adjusted to suit.

Face to face counselling

Dependent on location, face-to-face counselling sessions can be arranged.

Reiki / Healing

Reiki is a form of spiritual healing and spiritual practice believed to be beneficial for treating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual diseases.

Similar to the laying on of hands although can be done from a distance or in an other part of the world.
